In accordance with our Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be terminated.

What We Don’t Allow

Engaging in any of the following actions may result in a warning or account suspension:

• Sharing imagery depicting real-life violence, gore, or animal cruelty (media portrayals excluded).
• Soliciting money, promoting sales, or redirecting users to other platforms without meaningful interaction.
• Communicating with minors or impersonating minors, which is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform maliciously, such as abusing resources or launching Denial of Service attacks.
• Sending unsolicited advertisements or harassing other users.
• Selling or buying accounts on the platform.
• Engaging in any other activities outlined as inappropriate in these guidelines.

What We Can’t Allow

The following actions will result in immediate account termination and possibly blacklisting:

• Sharing or requesting illegal content or imagery.
• Promoting or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Attempting to hack, steal accounts, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Distributing pirated software or malware.
• Sharing content designed to harass, degrade, or threaten others.

How To Avoid Getting Banned

To maintain a safe and respectful community, follow these guidelines to avoid suspension or bans:

• Chat24.in is not a dating platform. Sending unsolicited sexual advances may lead to a suspension.
• Do not ask other users to add you on other platforms without a meaningful reason. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting phone numbers, social media accounts, or other chat platforms.
• If you encounter minors, do not interact with them. Instead, report them immediately.
• Do not spam the same messages repeatedly.
• Do not impersonate minors or pretend to be underage. Violations of this rule will not be reversed.

Text Chat and Voice Call Rules

By using our Text Chat and Voice Call services, you agree to adhere to the following additional rules:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this feature.
• Excessive use of obscene language or behavior, including discrimination or threats, is prohibited.
• Recording or photographing users without consent is not allowed.
• Avoid sexually explicit behavior, gestures, or language.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension. Use the report feature to notify us of any breaches.

Reporting and Appeals

Reports are reviewed 24/7, and appropriate action is taken. If you believe a ban was unjustified, contact us at support@chat24.in.

Suspensions for legal violations are final and cannot be appealed.
